Bad weather — postponement, new date or refund
Safety comes first. When weather conditions are unsuitable, trips and rentals are postponed.

At sea, weather forecasts can quickly change plans. Ogopogo does not depart in unsuitable conditions — rain, strong wind or thunderstorms can lead to postponement of trips or rental.
When trips are postponed
- Group scenic trip (10:00)
- Sunset tour
- Private tours
- Speedboat rental (especially self-drive to the islands)
Your options
When a trip or rental is cancelled due to weather, you can:
- Choose a new date — we agree on the next available day
- Cancel the booking without penalty
- Receive a full refund if you paid in advance
How to find out the status
We contact you via the phone number or email you used to book. You can also call +385 98 774 436 yourself in the morning before departure if you are unsure.
Planning tip
If you have a flexible schedule during your holiday, keep a reserve day in case of postponement. For rental to the islands the skipper assesses the sea on the spot — rental with skipper is a safer option in changeable conditions.
Season: May – October, 10:00–22:00. Outside the season services are not available.
