2. Personal data we collect

We only collect data that you provide to us via the booking form or direct contact:

• First and last name
• Phone number or email address
• Preferred date for a trip or rental
• Type of service (trip, boat rental)
• Number of adults and children and (optionally) children's ages
• Message or special requests you provide

We do not collect data automatically through profiling nor do we sell your data to third parties.

3. Purpose and legal basis for processing

We process your data solely for:

• processing and confirming your booking
• communicating with you about the date, price and terms of service
• fulfilling the contract for boat trip or rental services

The legal basis for processing is performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or your consent when you contact us via the form or message (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

4. Sharing data with third parties

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only:

• with communication providers you use to contact us (e.g. WhatsApp, Gmail) — solely to deliver your message
• when required by law (e.g. to competent authorities)

5. Data retention period

We retain booking enquiry data for up to 12 months after the service is completed or a booking is cancelled, unless the law requires longer retention (e.g. accounting records).

6. Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to:

• access your personal data
• rectify inaccurate data
• erasure of data ("right to be forgotten"), where there is no legal obligation to retain it
• restrict processing
• data portability
• object to processing
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal

7. Cookies

Our website may use analytics cookies through Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site — for example which pages they view, where they come from, and how they click (heatmaps, session recordings). These services load only if you accept them in the cookie notice on your first visit.

We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to third parties for marketing purposes. If you decline analytics cookies, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are not loaded. We store your choice in the browser (local storage) until you change it or clear site data.

Technical cookies necessary for basic site functionality may also be used if your browser stores them automatically.

8. Data security

Data is stored in a secure environment and only authorised persons who need it for processing bookings have access. Communication via email and WhatsApp depends on the security settings of those services.
